What border types do you offer?
We have 3 different options to choose from when ordering. Mirror, wrapped & solid colour.
All of which can be previewed during ordering with your image to see which will look best.
Note:Wrapped Border MUST cover the entire canvas when designing, if it doesn't it will be a mirror border by default.
EG. If you leave any area of the border blank if will automatically by default be mirrored.

Do you offer colour matching?
No, we don't offer a colour matching service. However we spend a great deal
of time and money calibrating our printers with our canvas and monitors so everything
we see is what we get.
Please use Srgb or Adobe RGB 1998 for best print results.
Do Canvas Prints come stretched around a frame ready to hang?
Yes, all our canvas prints are professional stretched around a frame ready to hang on your wall.
How do I know if my image is good quality?
Generally the image should be the original taken from the camera to give you the best resolution. Most digital camera's will
take an image of around 1-2mb or higher. If you are scanning an image you will need to set the 'dpi' setting to at least 300dpi
and ensure you give both the scanner and image a wipe to remove as much dust as possible.
There are many factors that come into producing a good quality image, (eg. cropping or zooming will greatly reduce the quality of an image)
If you are concerned about the quality and or colours of your image please email before placing your order it to email@example.com with the rough size you would like it enlarged to and our
team will advise you if your image will enlarge well and if any editing is required.
Please Note: Our ordering systems are fully automated with our print systems so we are not able to cancel an order once submitted. If you are at all unsure about the quality of your image please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org with the size canvas and we would be more than happy to let you know if it would be suitable.
Please note: We cannot check the quality of your image once your order has been submitted and cannot take responsibility for a poor print result as a result of a poor quality image.
What type of Canvas & Finish do you have?
We use a high quality Poly/Cotton Blend (70/30) canvas with satin finish.
To ensure our prices are maintained at a low price and fast production times, all smaller sized canvas prints (below 90cm) are machine stretched in our factory and finished with hanging string, ready to hang on your wall. For larger sizes (90cm and above) and custom size prints are handstretched and finished with white backing tape and hanging string ready to hang on your wall.
What type of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed by PAYPAL, which is the safest method of online purchasing. We will never see any of your personal
banking or card details. You do not require a Paypal account to Paypal with Paypal, you can click on 'don't have an account and pay with your credit card.
What is your Phone number, I can't find it?
We are a 100% online based business, by doing this it enables us to respond to customer requests accuratley, speed up order delivery and most of all offer the lowest prices in Australia.
How much is Delivery?
Standard delivery is $14.95 Australia Wide. We do not currently offer International Postage
We do combine postage which will be automatically calculated at checkout which is $2.95 per additonal canvas print.
Insurance commence from $5 for the first parcel & $3 for every canvas thereafter & is Highly Recommended.
Our insurance works a little differently than others, rather than waiting weeks for a claim to be looked and possibly
months for an outcome we will simply ask for the print to be returned to us for assessment, a decision will be made within 3 business day
from receipt of the returned canvas & if deemed appropriate your replacement will be sent out within 2 business days.
Returns will only be accepted if we are contacted within 5 business days of receiving the item to report a problem.
Please Note: Parcels without insurance will not be covered for loss or damage in transit.
How long do they take?
Most orders will be dispatched within 4-6 business days. Occassionally but rarely these times may exceed due to circumstances out of our control and/or during busier periods such as Christmas. Delivery times will vary depending on location and carrier.
Are the Canvas Prints made in Australia?
YES, we are proud to say we Print, custom make the frames & stretch all canvas prints here in Australia by our dedicated & talented team.
Can I use my own image?
Yes, we predominantly print your images on canvas, however when you click on your desired size you do have the option to Upload your own image
or search through our images. We have integrated fotolia.com stock images here so you can search from over 20 million images.
Please note: these images do incur a fee which is calculated at checkout.
